Function introduction

Users can submit a gene list and Cis-Cardio will identify enriched pathways in up to 10 pathway databases. In each pathway, Cis-Cardio will locate the terminal TFs and extract the terminal TF bound downstream cis-regulatory elements. Therefore, users can find the submitted genes/pathway/TFs/cis-regulatory elements regulatory axes.
