Welcome to cePCD!
A comprehensive ceRNA mediated pathway crosstalk database of human cardiovascular diseases.
Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), a leading cause of death, encompass more than 10 subtypes. Studies have demonstrated that pathway crosstalks were involved in a lot of the processes of CVDs. However, ceRNA mediated pathway crosstalks were unclear in CVDs. cePCD is a freely available database that designed for investigating ceRNA mediated pathway crosstalks across eight major cardiovascular diseases from over 2,800 samples.
cePCD curated more than ~390,000 ceRNA crosstalks and ~50,000 pathway crosstalks that occurred in eight diseases, including coronary artery disease (CAD), hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM), heart failure (HF), myocardial infarction (MI), pulmonary hypertension (PAH) and congenital heart disease (CHD).
cePCD offers the search and download the ceRNA mediated pathway crosstalks in CVDs. In brief, users can search the pathway crosstalks that involved the interesting pathways and ceRNAs. In addition, we also support multiple functions for users to have a better understanding of the searching results, such as data statistics, heatmap visualization, network display and so on.
