Function introduction and parameter explanation

Users submit a region list and identify super-enhancers with overlapping relationships with the submitted regions by setting the percentage of overlap. SEdb supports analysis tools of external links for search results and super-enhancer elements such as GREAT and Galaxy.

1) Overlap rate(%): The user can enter the size of the overlap. The larger the value, the higher the similarity.The default is 10%

2) Region list: Only support for bed files or region list, including chr, start, end and id (users defined).
