Enhancer experiment description: Among the DNA loop structures observed in these datasets, a large 2.8 Mb DNA loop was evident in all four cell types. This loop connects CTCF sites encompassing the MYC gene and qualifies as an insulated neighborhood. The DNA anchor sites of this 2.8 Mb DNA loop occur at the boundaries of a TAD found in all cells.
