TF experiment description: To determine if mouse Id2 is also a target gene of Wnt signaling, we performed ChIP-PCR analysis of the binding of Tcf4 to the promoter region of the Id2 gene.Sequencing analysis revealed ten putative Tcf/Lef-binding consensus sequences in the Id2 promoter region spanning from ?4000 to ?1.
