Enhancer experiment description: | To identify cis-regulatory elements in Tet1, we surveyed its epigenome in mouse ESCs using ChIP-seq data sets. The combinatorial binding profiles of pluripotency factors, Mediator, and cohesin units have previously delineated a superenhancer domain in Tet1, a 15.2-kb region that spans from exon 1c at the distal end to a conserved noncoding sequence (CNS) upstream of the CDS ChIP-seq showed strong binding profiles of Oct4 within the CNS,as previously shown, but also several more strong peaks in the distal region between exons 1b and 1c. |
